Today, Dietrich's operates two diversified processing plants, making a wide range of
standard milk commodites and uniques milk-based products. Dietrich's plays a significant
role for the regional dairy economy by providing critical balancing services to the milk market.

Since 1990, Dietrich's has been providing specialty blending and drying services. Starting
with the creation of our pilot processing and drying plant, we have recently expanded our
capabilities to include an R&D processing center. This facility allows detailed
evaluaton and experimentation, from fluid to finished dried product. Four other drying
lines - ranging in capacity from 2,000 to 6,000 pounds of water removal per hour - can
handle a variety of production runs. Additional equipment includes a wide range of
homogenizers, evaporators, processing systems, liquefiers and and blending tanks. We have
the flexibility to meet your needs and welcome customers to be "on-site" for trial runs.
